Japan June industrial output -1.5 pct mth/mth

TOKYO, July 30 (Reuters) – Japan’s industrial output unexpectedly fell 1.5 percent in June, in a sign lengthening is levelling out as export growth moderates, government data showed on Friday.

The fall in industrial production compared with the median calculate for a 0.2 percent increase and a 0.1 percent go in the previous month.

Manufacturers surveyed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry anticipate output to fall 0.2 percent in July and increase 2.0 percent in August.

The ecclesiastical function maintained its assessment on industrial output, saying that it is picking up.
